The Florist Tree can arrange delivery to almost ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD but in Tasmania we personally create bouquets, arrangements, hampers etc. for delivery throughout the Derwent Valley to Derwent Bridge in the north, Maydena in the West, north to Oatlands, across the Derwent to Bridgewater, Brighton, Gagebrook, Old Beach, Otago Bay, Tea Tree and Honeywood and south to Hobart, including all suburbs and towns in between. Call or email us to confirm delivery locations. The standard delivery fee is included in the price of the flowers, however some locations may incur an additional fee. If you wish to send flowers to a location not within our personal delivery area, the standard Interflora service charge will be added to your order at the time of purchase. We guarantee the freshness, flower quality and value of each Interflora relay order. We also guarantee that each Interflora order is created by a professional florist and that delivery will be made on the date specified.
Every effort will be made to deliver within the requested timeframe, however, only deliveries to funerals can be specific with regard to time. Special conditions apply to some destinations. Any claim against the delivery must be made within 48 hours.
Every flower order is created anew each time. As flowers are living things, no two are exactly alike. Each time an order is created, it will vary slightly from the image shown. Some flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Please be assured that these are unique qualities of floristry.

Guarantee and Substitution Throughout Australia, seasonal and regional conditions affect the availability and cost of flowers and foliages. This means that some flowers are not always available on a year-round basis. We reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions with the best flowers available locally, whilst maintaining the full value of the order.
Containers, Gifts and Accessories Interflora florists will supply the containers, gifts and accessories shown wherever possible. However, should these not be available, alternatives of similar style and value will be substituted.
Price and Value The images featured represent the Standard value size of the arrangement. When you choose the Premium value size, your arrangement will be increased in size and/or flower or container value.
Delivery and Service Charges The standard Interflora service charge will be added to your order at the time of purchase. Service charge within Australia - $8.25 Service charge for overseas - $10.00
The standard Interflora delivery fee is included in the price of the flowers.
If you are sending to a remote town or location, an additional delivery fee may be applicable and we will advise you if this is the case.
